BIOGRAPHIES

DR FRANZISKA MEUSCHEL

Franziska originally qualified as a Heilpraktiker in Germany in 1993 (alternative state exam for non-medical practitioners) and trained in naturopathy, homeopathy, acupuncture, kinesiology and homotoxicology before studying medicine at the Freie Universitaet Berlin and later at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universitaet in Freiburg, where she graduated in 2000 and finished her PhD in 2002. She then returned to her original path and exclusively worked in the field of complementary and alternative medicine, focusing on Environmental, Nutritional and Functional Medicine = Ecological Medicine.

Since moving to the UK in 2002 she has been working with patients in private practice and maintained a strong connection to the German-speaking medical world, amongst others being instrumental in the introduction of micro-immunotherapy to the UK and being an active member of the F.X. Mayr Society in Austria. Since 2012 she is acting secretary of the British Society for Ecological Medicine, the largest body of medical doctors in the UK promoting education and research towards the integration of ecological principles into mainstream medicine. Consultations offered in English and German.

DR PETER GRUENEWALD

Peter is a registered GP, a Clinical Specialist in Behavioural Sleep Medicine and provides stress management in General Medicine at University College Hospital London (RLHIM), and a part time Integrated Physician (Anthroposophic and Functional Medicine) in private practice in London. He is also an international expert in Adaptive Resilience. Until 5 years ago he worked as a part time GP (family doctor) in the NHS for 24 years.

He is also an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. His regular contributions focus on developing resilience, stress management and peak performance, as well as leading under pressure as part of leadership development training, or staff training. He is an international lecturer and trainer in Adaptive Resilience and Leadership Development for the United Nations System Staff College (UNSSC), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Major Project Leadership Academy of the Cabinet Office (Saïd), the Major Project Authority of the Cabinet Office, the Irish Public Service Senior Leadership Programme (IPA), and the NHS Leadership Academy.

He is the author of 'The Quiet Heart. Putting Stress in its Place.' (Floris Books, 2007), and ‘Manifesting your Best Future Self’ 2021, which describe a highly effective approach to stress management and personal development, using techniques based on neuroscience, clinical chronobiology, and positive and motivational psychology to enhance well-being, leadership and performance under pressure and in crisis. DR MARCO CORTEZ

Marco trained as a therapist and coach in London, having studied Law, International Relations, Finance and Marketing in Rio de Janeiro. Marco has had  more than 20 years’ experience working as a psychotherapist and coach.


Marco has specialised in bereavement, stress management, depression, anxiety, HIV, leadership development and addiction counselling. Marco has a proven track record in helping clients successfully address and resolve issues which seem beyond resolution. He works with individuals, couples and families. 


Alongside his clinical work, Marco has worked as a Supervisor for other psychotherapists and counsellors, and as a visiting lecturer at The New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling. Additionally, he set up one of London's largest substance misuse counselling services. He works closely with young people, adults and families in overcoming the problems associated with drug and alcohol misuse.

KAY WILLIS

Kay has been in the field of complementary and alternative therapies for over 25 years and continues to be dedicated and excited about the work and the solutions it offers for bringing people back to health.

Balancing life and creating a healthy environment in which we can thrive is the purpose of using a holistic form of therapy. Everyone comes with their own unique issues, so, it is important to consider the Whole; body, mind, lifestyle and environment. Kay carefully considers the issues that need to be addressed and puts together a personal plan of action with the aim of creating a trusting working relationship which will nourish and restore health and vitality.

Kay's clinical experience is grounded in therapies that work in harmony to offer effective natural solutions for chronic and acute health issues, these include; Micro-Immunotherapy for rebalancing the immune system, Gut Health, Homeopathy and Counselling, including training in ‘taking therapy outside’ using nature as medicine to soothe and heal body, mind and soul.

TERESA OREA

Teresa is a dedicated and qualified naturopath and nutritional therapist. She completed her three-year degree-level training in Nutritional Therapy, and then a two-year post-graduate qualification as a Naturopath from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. Teresa has also gained expertise in Mycotherapy.

Understanding that symptoms are often external manifestations of internal imbalances, Teresa focuses on uncovering the root cause to facilitate a shift towards wellness. Taking into account the uniqueness of each individual, she develops personalised plans that support the body's innate ability to restore balance and achieve optimal health. With her experience and compassionate approach, Teresa guides and motivates clients to make sustainable changes, allowing them to feel better and happier in their own bodies. She also emphasises that her nutritional advice can be effectively incorporated alongside medical treatments for a comprehensive approach to healthcare.

ANNIE KHENIAN

 

Annie is an Osteopathic Consultant with 18 years experience. She is an experienced and highly skilled Osteopath and integrated health practitioner, with a demonstrated history of delivering high level Osteopathic care and well-being programs in the private health & corporate sector.

Annie's unique diagnostic approach is to pin-point the cause of the pain and identify the sequence of events that have lead to its occurrence. Whilst her treatments are gentle, she firmly believes in targeting the problem in a direct and straightforward manner, producing effective and long lasting results.

Lowell's focus is on using psychotherapy and homeopathy to address a wide range of physical and mental health challenges.

Lowell has been engaged in healing for over 25 years, his special interest lies in energetic medicine. He initially trained as a body oriented psychotherapist in Switzerland under David Boadella, who is a leader in this field. He has 10 years clinical experience in treating psychological and emotional ailments in a psychiatric clinic in Germany during which time he also trained in  White Light Radionics at the Psycho-Physics Academy in London and then in Classical Homeopathy under George Vithoulkas at the International Academy for Classical Homeopathy. 

It is through the combination of these methods that he has established a deep acting, powerful yet gentle system, that enables him to work with complex patients suffering from combinations of chronic physical illness and deep seated mental or emotional disturbances.
